Product Introduction:

HDM-Transformer oil is made from a refined naphthenic base oil with a low viscosity and pour point, as well as high-quality lubricant additives. It has rapid heat transfer, good oxidation stability, and excellent electrical performance. The product is manufactured under strict quality control pr℃edures, and its performance is consistent and dependable.

Application scope:

HDM-Transformer oil is suitable for transformers, reactors and other electrical equipment below 330kv.

Performance characteristics:

• Excellent electrical insulation performance, high breakdown voltage, and small dielectric loss factor, which can effectively prevent discharge and power loss under high voltage electric field; Good thermal and oxidation stability, which can prevent the formation of acid and sludge during use and extend the life of the electrical equipment.
• Equipment service life; Low viscosity for effective cooling and heat transfer and low temperature start-up;
• The cycloalkane and aromatic hydrocarbon content is adequate to ensure the dissolution of sludge formed during the operation of electrical equipment while avoiding damaging insulation materials and interfering with heat transfer.

Caution:

Transformer oil is easily polluted by moisture, various solid particles and fibers. Therefore, transformer oil must be kept dry and clean. Storage containers must be dedicated. It is forbidden to contact other lubricating oils, and try to keep them indoors in a controllable climate.
