For the convenience and low cost of cleaning, it is recommended to use stretching oil with better degreasing properties and slightly lower viscosity as much as possible. Many customers are still using traditional cleaning methods such as stain removal water and gasoline, which are neither environmentally friendly nor safe.

Under the current high-pressure environmental protection policy, emissions are also a big trouble. Therefore, it is recommended that customers use degreasing powder or cleaning agents that are as environmentally friendly as possible for cleaning. It would be better if there is an automatic cleaning line. Generally, small and medium-sized factories can use ultrasonic heating cleaning, which will have better results.

For oil removal powder and cleaning agent, you need to communicate with the supplier about the specific water ratio and how to heat it to achieve better cleaning results. If the viscosity of the drawing oil is higher, the water ratio of the cleaning agent and degreasing powder may need to be lowered, and a relatively strong cleaning ability can be used to remove the drawing oil on the surface of the workpiece. This way your costs are slightly higher.

The method of using the degreasing agent is also relatively simple: mix the cleaning agent/degreasing powder with water according to the ratio recommended by the manufacturer, dissolve it in the cleaning tank, and prepare the final cleaning solution. In addition, water-based stretching oil is relatively easier to clean than oil-based stretching oil, and the concentration of the cleaning fluid can be appropriately reduced.

It is recommended to use as little or no stretching oil containing chlorinated paraffin as possible. This stuff is really difficult to clean. Ultrasonic heating may not be able to clean it. Therefore, in order to reduce the difficulty of cleaning and save subsequent cleaning costs and time, it is recommended to use stretching oil with lower viscosity, better degreasing properties, and easy cleaning.
